Keith Percic

Keith graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2007 with a Bachelor’s of Architecture degree. He has 11 years of experience in the design, detail, and management of healthcare, higher education, business, residential, and commercial projects. His holistic approach to architecture focuses on designing high-performance buildings that functionally improve people‘s health and well-being, are aesthetically appealing and thoroughly executed, and dramatically decrease the cost of the project over its lifetime of use. His passion is to create buildings that give back more than they’ve taken.

Keith and his wife Shelley have 3 sons, Charlie (4), Ezekiel (2), and Azariah (1). Together as a family, they enjoy dancing, camping, hiking, surfing, water-skiing, and traveling.

Keith will pursue a Master’s of Divinity degree from Southern Seminary beginning in the spring of 2019. Pursuing this degree while working with Daniel and company to produce high-performance architecture was an opportunity he couldn‘t pass up!
