The design draws inspiration from Charlotte’s welcoming, neighborhood feel, with a residential aesthetic that fosters warmth and belonging. The layout prioritizes ease of movement, intuitive wayfinding, and social interaction, ensuring residents feel comfortable and connected from the moment they arrive.

Bright, open common areas, peaceful courtyards, and secure memory care neighborhoods are carefully planned to support both independence and safety. Natural light fills the interiors, and materials were selected to evoke a homelike atmosphere that reduces stress and nurtures well-being.
