Choto Grill and Bar

Located along Choto Road in Knoxville, Choto Grill and Bar is a two-story neighborhood restaurant concept designed around dining, entertainment, and outdoor gathering. The project combines indoor and outdoor hospitality spaces to create an active destination that can support everyday dining, private events, recreation, and community connection.

The first floor includes the primary dining area, commercial kitchen, entry, restrooms, and service spaces. An upper-level indoor bar and event space opens to an expansive outdoor deck, extending the dining experience beyond the building. Bocce courts, a pickleball court, movie screen, outdoor bar, pergola, bicycle storage, and landscaped gathering areas create a flexible social environment. Contemporary materials, broad storefront glazing, metal awnings, varied siding, and integrated signage give the restaurant a distinctive modern identity.
