Craig Residence

Located in Louisville, Tennessee, the Craig Residence renovation expands the home’s outdoor living experience while strengthening the architectural character of the front façade. The project introduces a substantial elevated deck designed for dining, gathering, and entertaining, with heavy timber framing, a vaulted roof, natural stone, and open views to the surrounding landscape.

The addition also reworks portions of the primary suite and bathroom, improves the connection between the interior and exterior, and creates a covered outdoor kitchen and lounge below the upper deck. Stone columns, timber trusses, fireplaces, and coordinated exterior materials allow the new work to feel integrated with the existing residence rather than added on as a separate element.
