Dominion Senior Living of Athens is a purpose-driven senior living community rooted in faith, comfort, and care. DKLEVY Architecture + Design partnered with Dominion to design a place where seniors can thrive, supported by personalized care in a welcoming, home-like environment.

Located between Chattanooga and Knoxville, the community serves the heart of East Tennessee with a design that reflects its small-town warmth and natural surroundings. The architecture combines classic Southern residential charm with modern amenities to create an atmosphere of peace, safety, and belonging. Our team carefully curated spatial flow, daylight access, and familiar textures to reduce stress and support memory, mobility, and engagement.

From cozy gathering spaces to quiet private suites, every square foot was designed to nurture dignity, purpose, and connection. This project embodies Dominion’s mission to serve seniors through Christ-like compassion, and our commitment to creating environments where life is deeply lived and joyfully shared.
