DOMINION OF JOHNSON CITY

Set against the backdrop of the Appalachian Highlands, Dominion Senior Living of Johnson City is a vibrant community designed to offer seniors a secure, uplifting place to live with purpose. DKLEVY Architecture + Design collaborated closely with Dominion to shape a setting that fosters dignity, connection, and wellness in every aspect of daily life.

This two-story, 60-unit community blends timeless architectural charm with the practical needs of assisted living and memory care. The exterior draws on regional character, while the interior environments are warm, familiar, and crafted to feel like home. We focused on creating intuitive, accessible spaces that support both independence and safety—allowing residents to flourish while receiving personalized care.

The design reflects Dominion’s Christ-centered mission, honoring seniors through thoughtful spaces that promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. From open gathering areas to private memory care suites, every element was conceived with empathy and excellence.
