Located in Hixson, Tennessee, Everlan Senior Living is an 85,000-square-foot independent living community designed to combine contemporary comfort with the warmth and refinement of a hospitality-focused environment. The project includes 89 residences for independent living and short-term stays, with spacious floor plans, modern kitchens, and accessible bathrooms. A grand lobby with high ceilings, abundant natural light, and expansive windows creates an inviting arrival experience while strengthening the connection between interior spaces and the surrounding landscape.

A diverse collection of indoor and outdoor amenities supports wellness, recreation, and meaningful social connection throughout the community. Landscaped gardens, walking paths, courtyards, firepits, shuffleboard, billiards rooms, salons, a fitness center, private dining space, a theater, and a library provide residents with opportunities to gather, relax, and remain active. With interior design by Banko Design, Everlan offers a sophisticated yet comfortable setting that enhances residents’ daily lives. The project was recognized as a 2021 Argentum Senior Living by Design nominee.
