Located at West Blount Avenue and Hawthorne Avenue in Knoxville, Hawthorne Mixed-Use is a four-level development designed to bring commercial activity and varied residential options together within a compact urban site. The street-facing ground level includes flexible retail or restaurant space alongside five loft-style studio residences, while the upper floors introduce one-bedroom flats and multi-level two-bedroom condominiums.

The building responds to the site’s grade by connecting second-level residences directly to rear parking while maintaining an active commercial frontage along West Blount Avenue. Private patios, balconies, and rooftop terraces extend living spaces outdoors, while brick veneer, wood-look fiber cement siding, board-and-batten cladding, storefront glazing, and metal awnings create a layered contemporary façade.
