Heritage Lake

Heritage Lake explores multiple concepts for a 124-unit multifamily community on a compact four-acre site. The planning study focuses on maximizing residential density while creating a distinctive neighborhood identity through varied building forms, pedestrian-oriented streetscapes, landscaped courtyards, and shared amenity spaces.

The architectural concepts range from contemporary townhome-style residences with dark masonry, stucco, standing-seam metal roofs, and private garages to more traditional courtyard buildings inspired by established residential neighborhoods. Across each approach, the design emphasizes natural light, outdoor living, walkability, and connections to the adjacent lake. Proposed amenities include a clubhouse, pool, boardwalk, central courtyard, guest parking, and private terraces that create opportunities for recreation and community gathering.
