Witsoe Garage

Located in Knoxville, Tennessee, the Witsoe Garage is a purpose-built automotive facility designed to house an extensive private vehicle collection while incorporating residential and entertainment spaces above. The ground level provides capacity for approximately 50 vehicles, with expansive open parking areas, dedicated tool storage, lift locations, floor drains, power connections, and supporting restroom and service spaces.

A large loft transforms the building into more than a traditional garage, providing a bedroom, lounge, dining area, central bar, media displays, fireplaces, sitting areas, and an elevated outdoor deck. Open areas overlooking the garage maintain a visual connection to the collection below, while the exterior combines the scale and efficiency of a pre-engineered structure with dormers, stone, siding, and residential detailing.
