Midlothian Apartments

Midlothian Senior Living is a large-scale residential community designed to support active senior living through a broad range of wellness, hospitality, healthcare, and social amenities. The four-story main building includes 160 residences organized around generous common areas, dining venues, lounges, activity spaces, and support services, while 17 duplex buildings add 34 independent living residences within the larger campus.

The community is designed to support residents’ physical, social, and creative well-being through amenities including a fitness center, yoga studio, pool, sauna, theater, library, game and card rooms, art and pottery studios, salon, physical therapy, healthcare offices, and multiple dining experiences. Private dining, a café lounge, fireside bar, demonstration kitchen, business center, and landscaped outdoor areas create a hospitality-focused environment that encourages connection, independence, and purposeful daily living.
