Peaks of Knox

Located near the intersection of East John Sevier Highway and Roscoe Lane in Knoxville, Peaks of Knox is a 78-unit multifamily community designed to combine comfortable residential living with accessible amenities and shared outdoor spaces. The development includes three apartment buildings, a centrally located clubhouse, a picnic pavilion, landscaped gathering areas, and supporting site features that create a connected neighborhood environment.

The residential program includes six one-bedroom, 36 two-bedroom, and 36 three-bedroom apartments. One 30-unit building and two 24-unit buildings are organized around central breezeways that provide access to each residence. The clubhouse includes a community room, business center, fitness room, leasing office, laundry, covered mail area, and supporting service spaces, offering residents opportunities for recreation, productivity, and connection. The architecture combines brick veneer and board-and-batten siding to create a welcoming residential character.
