Located in Knoxville, Tennessee, Sandercock Garage is a custom residential outbuilding that brings together vehicle storage, a personal workshop, woodshop, and guest living spaces within one cohesive design. The building’s exterior draws directly from the existing residence on the property, extending its architectural language through dark wood siding, stone detailing, deep roof overhangs, dormers, and a generous covered porch.

The lower level is designed for extensive garage and RV storage, supported by a vehicle lift, shop kitchenette, bathroom, secure storage, and service areas. Above, the main level includes an open kitchen, dining, and living space, a private bedroom suite, and a large woodshop overlooking the garage below. A bunk room, additional bathroom, walk-in closet, and attic storage provide added flexibility for guests, hobbies, and long-term use. Together, the project functions as a garage, workshop, and secondary residence while remaining visually connected to the larger property.
