Serenbe Wellness & Community Hub

Located south of Atlanta in the nature-focused community of Serenbe, the Wellness and Community Hub is a mixed-use development designed to foster connection, well-being, and walkable living. Inspired by Scandinavian design principles, the project brings together residential, retail, medical, and social spaces within a cohesive village setting.

The development includes a three-story mixed-use building featuring 40 one- and two-bedroom apartment homes above 16,000 square feet of street-level retail, complemented by a 5,000-square-foot medical building and a 2,500-square-foot social club. Additional residential offerings include 24 independent residences and 24 courtyard residences thoughtfully integrated into the community fabric. Through a blend of wellness-focused amenities, pedestrian-oriented design, and strong connections to nature, the project reinforces Serenbe’s vision of creating meaningful places where people can live, work, gather, and thrive.
