Norwood is a thoughtfully designed Mixed-Use Housing community that brings together comfortable residential living and flexible professional space within a single development. The project includes 24 residential units, each designed with full kitchens, tall ceilings, abundant natural light, spacious bathrooms, and direct access to an exterior balcony.

Office and meeting spaces available for rent on-site extend the project beyond housing, creating opportunities for work, collaboration, and community connection. Through careful planning and close coordination from early design through construction, DKLEVY helped transform the client’s vision into a functional, welcoming environment that supports both daily living and professional activity.
