Citico Clubhouse

Located in Vonore, Tennessee, Citico Clubhouse is a community amenity building designed to support recreation, wellness, work, and everyday connection within a single-family residential neighborhood. The contemporary design uses a low horizontal profile, deep roof overhangs, warm wood accents, dark exterior materials, and expansive glazing to create a welcoming destination that feels closely connected to the surrounding landscape.

Inside, the clubhouse includes a spacious living and gathering area, fitness center, office, business center, copy room, restrooms, and supporting service spaces. The building opens toward an outdoor pool and hot tub, extending community life beyond the interior and creating a central setting for relaxation and social activity. Together, the indoor and outdoor amenities establish a flexible neighborhood hub designed for both active use and informal gathering.
