The Views at Northshore offers a distinctive senior living experience designed to feel welcoming, vibrant, and connected to the beauty of Knoxville’s Northshore community. DKLEVY Architecture + Design collaborated with the development team to bring a vision of comfort, care, and community to life through thoughtful, residential-scale architecture.

The building’s design draws on the natural elegance of the surrounding landscape, featuring warm materials, inviting courtyards, and expansive windows that flood the interiors with natural light. Every element — from the common spaces to the private residences — was crafted to promote wellness, dignity, and independence for seniors at every stage of care.

Special attention was given to memory care design, with secure, nurturing environments that foster familiarity and daily engagement. Assisted living spaces encourage connection and activity, blending hospitality-style amenities with a strong sense of home.
