Located in the gateway to the Great Smoky Mountains, Dominion Senior Living of Sevierville is a senior community designed to feel like home—surrounded by beauty, rooted in faith, and built for connection. DKLEVY Architecture + Design collaborated with Dominion to bring this vision to life, blending Appalachian charm with compassionate, resident-focused design.

This two-story community provides both assisted living and memory care in a setting that celebrates nature and nurtures wellness. Drawing from the textures and tones of East Tennessee, the architectural style features exposed wood beams, stone detailing, and a welcoming, lodge-inspired atmosphere. Interiors are bright, soothing, and intentionally programmed to support independence while ensuring safety and ease of movement.

Every space—from the dining room to the sunlit activity areas—was created to foster joy, purpose, and spiritual encouragement. The layout is walkable and intuitive, helping residents feel at ease while offering spaces for community and quiet reflection alike.
