DKLEVY Architecture + Design partnered with the development team to create an environment where seniors can live with independence, dignity, and purpose in a vibrant and supportive setting.

The master-planned campus features a mix of independent living, assisted living, and memory care residences arranged in a walkable, garden-style layout. The architecture blends traditional residential charm with contemporary comforts, creating welcoming spaces that feel familiar, safe, and uplifting.

Residences feature open-concept layouts, large windows to maximize natural light, and elegant, durable finishes tailored to the needs of seniors.
