Clean lines, expansive glass, and thoughtful massing create a powerful presence while maintaining a pedestrian-friendly scale at the street level. The project features more than 300 thoughtfully designed residential units, offering a variety of layouts to support diverse urban lifestyles.

At its base, the building invites community interaction with vibrant storefronts, a signature restaurant space, and a welcoming streetscape experience.
