DKLEVY Architecture + Design partnered with Dominion Senior Living to bring their signature blend of faith-based hospitality and holistic wellness to the heart of Kentucky with the Dominion Senior Living of Richmond. This thoughtfully designed community serves seniors across the assisted living and memory care spectrum, providing a place where residents can thrive in a vibrant, purpose-filled environment.

Inspired by Richmond’s small-town charm and natural beauty, the architecture blends traditional southern aesthetics with modern comforts. The building design encourages connection—between residents, caregivers, families, and nature. Ample natural light, warm and welcoming interiors, and intuitive layouts support both independence and safety.

This project reflects Dominion’s mission to honor God through service to seniors. Our team worked closely with their leadership to create spaces that nurture dignity, peace, and joy. From engaging common areas and restaurant-style dining rooms to serene memory care wings, every design detail reinforces the community’s dedication to compassionate care.
