An active adult community design with the aim to draw in the scenery of the surrounding foothills of East Tennessee blended with fine dining and amenities. You enter a double height space with window wall that draws the outdoor elements in and encourages the residents to be more active. The community boasts numerous amenities including: firepits, shuffleboard & billiard game rooms, salons, fitness center, private dining space, theater, and library.
