award winning wellness community that connects people to nature and each other

Located south of Atlanta, Serenbe is a community devoted to reconnecting people with nature. This project focuses on the design of a community hub blending retail shopping, medical, and residential components with a Scandinavian influence.

  • 3 story mixed use building
  • 40 one and two bedroom apartment style units
  • 16,000 square feet of street level retail space
  • 5,000 square foot medical building
  • 2,500 square foot social club
  • Central mail station
  • 24 independent residences
  • 24 courtyard residences

Apparently we had reached a great height in the atmosphere, for the sky was a dead black, and the stars had ceased to twinkle. By the same illusion which lifts the horizon of the sea to the level of the spectator on a hillside.
